I am running CM version 4.1-3
I am trying to replace hardware and do a BARS restore. I restored the new publiser off line and just connected it to the network (which i have done many times before) but this time I noticed the two subscribers would not sync with the pub, looking in enterprise manager I can see that the subscriptions have not been created and when I try to create them I get an error saying "can not create pull sub to this server"
now when I try another restore it fails and says it can't drop the connection to the CM000X database. Should i not restore off line?

in many cases the replication is so messed up you might need to do it manually
