Regarding routing

Hi to all,

there is one issue with routing ,we got 2 routers, one router is connected to circle and

other one can reach to that circle via DR.we given route in router 1 and stand by route in router 2.

But when link goes down in router 1 for that particular circle ,circle is not reachable form secondary router ,

if i delete the route in router 1 then the circle is reachable through rouer 2 .this is the issue.

when it comes to my network ospf is implemented between router and Cisco Fwsm, between circle and my rouer static

routes ar there.I am suspecting problem might have been in redistribution please check the command what we given.

redistribute static metric-type 1 subnets

same command has been given on both routers.

Please help me ,what are the necessary steps i need to take regarding this.

Thanks in Advance,

KK

What is a circle/ You may want to include a diagram to let others understan topology and problem, because it is not very clear from your description.

circle means it is other network.. that particular network is not reachable through secondary link.. when primary link goes down...please check it
