I have 6509 switch and i am using below IOS in it is there is any issue with this IOS or not please respond

None that i'm aware of, is it functioning correctly?

The IOS that you are using is marked as deferred release. A deferred release means that there are serious bugs or vulnerabilities associated with this release. This version is also quite old also. If possible try to use the 12.2-18.SXF IOS.
