Solved: "special" call transfer

Hello friends,

Is it possible to configure, in CME, an extension to transfer the call NOAN after X seconds, but after the transfer, it rings on the destination extension and still rings in the original destination extension? (two phones ringing)?

Be aware, parallel ephone hunt works on in CME 4.3, as of today at the very first release.

For previous versions, you will have to CFNA to another DN that is shared/overlay.

In CME you can setup a 'simultaneous ring' line (using a hunt list/group/pilot)

Make the pilot, the number you want to ring after the NOAN and use the 'broadcast' distribution algorithm on the hunt list.

(or a shared line of the number that rings after the NOAN would work)

Thanks Paolo. Had to deal with shared lines (that raised another problem with login logout in hunt groups for bacd...but ill live with that i guess!).
