Change CCM in CUP

Hi all

I have a CCM 6.0 and CUPS 6.0 . They are working properly. Now , CCM server is Failed. I must reinstall CCM Server with another IP address.

I don't know how to change IP Address of CCM in CUPS . Please help me.

First, add the CUPS as an application server on your brand new CUCM.

Then, change the IP of the CUCM in your CUPS configuration in :

-CTI Gateway settings.

-Presence Gateways.

Restart the CUPS and everything should work if you keep the CUCM configuration unchanged.

Otherwise check the System->Troubleshooter tool on the CUPS.

Hi Alberto

I have changed CTI Gateway and presence gw already and restart CUPS . But In status menu , I still see CUPS to synchronize from old CUCM . I can't look up new user.

You need to reinstall CUPS
