PABX/PSTN Numbers on IP Phone Phonebook Directory List

My MD uses the phonebook on his IP Phone to access and dial other IP Phone users in the office. But now he also wants to be able to have other PABX numbers listed on the IP phone directory so he can just search for the name of anyone he wishes to call on the IP Phone directory and press dial. Please what do i need to do to make this happen. Thanks.

What version of ccm are you using? If using v4 < you could configure the IP Services:

Fast Dials and Personal Directory.

If using v5 > these no longer require seperate svcs to be configured and are readily available on the ip phone.

We have 5.1, how do i enable this service on the IP Phone? We'd like to have the company's regular phone directory accessed by the MD from is IP Phone. Thanks a million.
