UCCX/IP IVR 5.0(2) installation problem

Hi

When I install UCCX 5.0(2)from CD I get monit: "Computer hardware provided by Cisco is required to install UCCX...."

My server configuration is:

DL-320 G4 3,4Ghz

OS Windows server 2003 Enterprise

Cisco Solution Set (compatibility hardware list) including: HP DL320-G4 3,4Ghz)

I don't know where is problem ?

The problem is that the hardware you're using is not a Cisco supplied MCS server, and the CRS install disks know this.

In order to get CRS installed on a non MCS system, it is possible.

Email me if you'd like the exact steps and required software and I can give you ftp access to download them.
