Backup failure

I got this message from backup log file.

ERROR(293): /cw2000/Backup_Dir/backup.LOCK file exists.

Most probably another backup process is running

Backup failed: 2008/05/11 05:05:03

how I can fix this failure?

Make sure that no other backup is running at the same time. For example, perhaps you accidentally scheduled two to run. If nothing else is running, delete the backup.LOCK file if it exists in the above directory.

Finally, make sure that casuser has access to that entire directory tree. Unmount this file system, and make sure the permissions on the underlying mount point are 0755.

thanks J. here the new log I got! is this indicating my CW hard drive volume out of space?may I need a bigger hard drive...or

there is some temp file I can clean up.

You'll need more space in your destination file system. The total available space must be sufficient to hold all of your desired backup revisions plus 1.
