CUE AA message

Hello:

We have recorded custome AA welcome prompt. However, when we call the pilot number, it plays custom welcome message followed by system welcome message. How can we turn off system welcome message?

Hello,

sorry reply you late, was stuck in something else this afternoon.

I didn't see the menu prompt parameter on the show output. Best bet is to use the sample script and change the greeting variables with your costume greeting under cue script editor.
