route group member E1 not appearing CCM5 !!!!!

hi all ,

i have MGCP gateway registred and its E1 and FXO endpoints. im not able to see the E1 on gateway or its endpoints on the route group member . i did search but nothing appearing i only can see the FXO. while if i program route pattern i can point the route to the E1 device ports. any idea ?

Hello Tariq,

The E1 will not appear as an endpoint that can be assigned to a Route Group as long as it is being used by one or more Route Patterns. First make sure it is not in use by any Route Patterns, and then it will be available to be assigned to your Route Groups.

well my friend the problem has been reslved by removing the gateway and add it again. wierd :). thanks anyway :)

Hi,

The issue has been solved because after you deleted gateway, therefore you deleted endpoints from route patterns. It is same thing like Michael post at the top.
