Anyone know if there is a way to have more that just the Standard Greeting and Alternate Greeting? I have a client that uses an Octel we are migrating them to Unity. They use a function called "insert and swap". This is where the have a bunch of "standard greetings" pre-recorded and can activate them whenever.

I only know of standard, alternate, closed, internal, etc.
