Is there either a wic that provides dual dsu-t1 connections or another expansion module that would allow me to multilink 3 T1's on a 2621 platform?

Not a single wic for three circuits. You need two of them, dual-ported, and/or a network module.

VWIC2 should help you.
Check the link below for support on the router.

Thanks for the links, I'll be using 3 WIC-1DSU-T1 cards with one of them in a NM-2W.

correct me if i am wrong.
You mean 2 have 2 slots for WIC card. 1 slot with 2 WIC and 1 slot with one.
can you attach the show version and show diag of the router.

The 2621 has 2 WIC slots built in. They are populated with WIC-1DSU-T1 cards, and we are currently running (1) T1 line through each of these WICs.
The NM-2W card provides 2 additional WIC slots, so I will be adding another single port WIC for an addtional T1 line.
I don't have the NM-2W card installed yet.
