WLC 4402 & AIR-LAP1252AG-A-K9

I am trying to get a AIR-LAP1252AG-A-K9 to associate to the 4402 with no luck. It shows up in CDP neighbor but not as an available AP.

Cisco WCS display screens include a listing for configuring, managing, and monitoring 802.11n access points and their associated wireless LAN controllers.

The newest WLC and WCS 5.0 trains are now released as well :)

As Rob mentioned, you do need to have the 4.2 code on the WLC's. Also the 1252's require more power that what 802.af can provide. If you use a power adapter or a power injector, then you can run both radio's. If you have the ap plugged into a PoE port that only supplies 15.4W then you can only run one radio. I think you have to remove the other radio, but not sure. There is a new cod for the E series switches that allow for full power and also a new code for the 6500's to supply 16.8W which allows for both radios to power up but only allow the 2.4GHz radio to run at 25mW.
