CME - forward only external incoming calls, not internal calls

Hi friends,

Is there any possibilities to make forward commands in CME, like FNOA, FBUSY to be applied only to calls coming from outside, and dont operate in internal calls?

Yes, but it's complicated. First, you need to define new DNs for the forward destinations, and associate to telephones, possibly as overlay buttons. Second, you need to make a COR configuration so that said DNs are reachable from outside only.
