Hi,

Recently, we have an annual power shutdown. After power up all the ip telephony application, realised that the Operation manager have generated the route list down icon and the unreachable of the call managers towards the gateways and the voicemail. Have tested the systems and the route list are working fine, just that how to update the traps towards the operation manager that they are reachable and the route list is not down ?

Would like to disable the route list error and enable back the unreachable connectivity of the applications

Have attached the copies for anyone knows how to solve this problem
