Server to Cisco 3560G ether channel

Hi,

I have NAS server,each server has 2 NICs of 1 GBIC.Both NIC bundled,means NIC teaming.Now these 2 NIC card is connected to Cisco 3560G switch.Now to achieve the 2 GBIC speed,I have to bundle those two switch ports.will it work ?Please send me the configuration.
