Hi Guys,
I have just one user affected by MWI.Firstly it was stuck on but i dialled the mwi of dn to turn it off.Now it wont illuminate even tho there is an unread voicemail.I would like to resynch the mwi`s but cannot seem to find where to do it or proper documentation. Unity version is 1.0....thanks.

If this is Unity Connection 1.x
This was provided by Unity Design Master Jeff Lindborg;
Under web admin under Tools | Task Management.
Selet the "Resynchronize MWIs On All Phone Systems"

Hi Steve,
Here is the info for Unity (which I'm sure carries across to UC as well);
"We recommend choosing a time outside of regular business hours because of the Cisco Unity resources needed for resynchronization."
If you are really having serious issues you can schedule it to Run>Now but I would try to do it outside of production hours if at all possible :)
