Reserving a Line when all the rest are busy

Hi,

I want to know how to make this solution work as we have this option in old PBX's.

We have 2 E1's and Analog Lines, and all are full, how can we do a configuration in such way that if I make the phone call and all are busy, that when one of the lines is free, it would be re-directed to me?

Please I need it ASAP.
