Error on GSR 12410

Dear all

I am getting below error message in syslog. this message is clocked up every 14seconds excately.

There does not seem to be any documentation for this error message.

RX_XBMA: Internal Error Status: 0x40

The platform is begaving fine on 1st look,I am unaware if any underlying issues or errors. I could of course swap the actual card, but woudl rather find out more.

Any pointers would be appreciated.

Check CSCek39961. It has been seen very very infrequently.

Many thanks for your time! I guess I have to book another service window for my sins :-)

Symptom:

Engine5/5+ softerror in RX-BMA shape queue head tail length RAM structure

Error Message RX_BMA: Internal Error Status: 0x40

Condition:

This is a very very infrequent event seen on a C12000 router with Engine5/5+

line cards.

Workaround:

Reload line card
