IPCCX call not landing on agent

the IPCCX calls are not landing on the agents though it can reach the prompts and when it tries to transfer it plays the prompt that " we are experiencing difficulties please call later".

I have this problem too.

From an IPCC perspective the AC client controlling call handling on the agent phone is transparent. You would therefore configure IPCCX as you would normally.
