Hi,
I have console login password but not able to login to my L3 3569 switch using telnet.How can i recover that?

If you have console access, just get into config mode on your switch and use the commands:
line vty 0 4
password cisco
login
No need for a password recovery if you have console access.

Most people will lock down the console port with a password so he probably doesn't access.

Well I want to know whether the other way to recover telnet password than Rommon.
Soemone in our tech team set the line
vty 0 4 password and don't know what is this?
Service password encryption is there and no aaa new-model.
Want to know other method than tradition changing config register stuff keeping in mind full console access I have and forgot the telnet password.

If you have full console access go follow my recommendations above. Go into line vty and change the password to whatever you want.
