I am running express version 4.04. I have a web page that you enter a phone number in., this web page then starts a script that places a call out to your number then transfers the call into a queue. with version 4.0 can I set it so the system only places a call out when an agent is free, like adding a user to a campaign list - i believe you an do this with version 5

I have this problem too.
