A few weeks back, I changed the ToH timer service parameter to the max of 200000, as it was beginning annoy people on conference calls when users would go on hold.. It worked as expected for a few weeks.. but I got a report this morning that it was toning again, at the default rate of every 10 seconds..I verified, and oddly enough, it is toning. I checked the service parameter and it has not changed, it is still at 200000.. Has anyone ever seen this issue occur? Are there any other parameters that could be affecting this? We are running Communications Manager 6.0.. Thanks for any help!
