Hi,
I justed wanted to know if IPM supports SNMP v3 or does not require SNMP V1/v2 read and write only.

Yes , It does support SNMPv3

I got a Cisco Router which has SNMP v3 read and write view mib2, and 12.4 supporting IP SLA, however it fails to use the router as source router.
The router is SNMP reachable from the CiscoWorks LM 3.0.
What could be the problem.

I would be rebooting the router and try another switch or router as a source device.
