moh playing in a retrieved voicemail message??

Have a UC500 running 4.20. Customer is reporting that sometimes when users play a retrived a voicemail the message plays moh. Now this probably has to do with something the receptionist is doing when she transfers a cal, but I cannot figure out what she could being doing that would cause moh to end up as a recorded message in someone's voicemail?? Anyone?

Be sure to configure connection plar to the extension of the Auto attendant. In the users mail box, be sure to configure CFNA and CFB to the voice mail instead of the auto attendant.
