What type of script? ICM or IVR?

if it's an ICM script, you can use the admin script to set a "holiday" variable. Then you can make the admin script set the variable to "1" on certain dates (holidays), and "0" on the rest.


Then you can introduce steps in the Routing script to say, 'if holiday variable = 1, then go to "holiday.wav"' for example, and if 'holiday variable = 0, fail to normal call flow"


Kind of hard to explain, but that's how i do it.

Its a script for IPCCX and i would like to put all the holiday for the year in it

I would add a "global" node, i.e. Global.userHoliday==0 (0 = normal days) and also create a Holiday Admin Script, which then allows you to set up Holidays, times, etc. From the Global.userHoliday node, you can then direct the success or fail to any node, i.e. to another Call Type, Overflow Mailbox, etc.
