Log in BGP with MPLS

What is the really meaning about it :

%BGP-3-NOTIFICATION: sent to neighbor 10.0.253.7 2/7 (unsupported/disjoint capability) 0 bytes

????

I made a debug , and indicate this :

*May 13 14:38:45.755: BGP: 10.0.253.7 OPEN has ROUTE-REFRESH capability(new) for all address-families

*May 13 14:38:45.755: BGP: 10.0.253.7 rcvd OPEN w/ optional parameter type 2 (Capability) len 3

*May 13 14:38:45.755: BGP: 10.0.253.7 OPEN has CAPABILITY code: 131, length 1

*May 13 14:38:45.755: BGP: 10.0.253.7 unrecognized capability code: 131 - ingored .

What is the meaning about code 131 capability .

This is a lab between RR ( 7200 ) and the equipment generating this message is 2811 with 12.4 ios .

You can see the defined capability codes at the following URL:

IETF lists 131 is vendor specific.

It corresponds to Multisession BGP which is in draft form.

One side doesn't appear to support the capability.
