H.320 Video calls through PSTN gateway

Hi,

I have integrated Tandberg end points to our Call Manager and am able to make video calls through Call Manager between two end points internally. Now with regard to the PSTN integration for the same, I am facing some challenges. The calls are getting dropped after getting connected for some 5-6 seconds. During this time of connection there is no video at all.

The gateway I am using is 2821 router with VWIC-MFT card and 5510 DSP PVDM modules.

The CCM version is 5.1(2).

Do you have slips on controller ? Check with show controller and if you have the resuired network-clock-participate and -select commands.
