Hi Gursaran

See this Cisco document http://www.cisco.com/application/pdf/paws/13370/tacacs_login.pdf regarding the command "timeout login response 4"

The command "logging synchronous" is a useful when you are receiving console messages while you are entering EXEC or privilege level commands. Without "logging synchronous" enables the test of the commands you are typing gets lost in the console message. However when "logging synchronous" is enabled, then the command you were typing will be displayed on a new line after the console messages is displayed. I makes configuration a whole lot easier, so I would normally configure "logging synchronous" on the console and VTY lines on all my routers & switches.

HTH

Best Regards,

Michael
