I want to configure the Syslog on Cisco Router and Cisco switches what are the correct steps to configure the Syslog server.

CatOS switches will require a different set of commands obviously.
A syslog server is usually an entity external to the router/switch. Its configuration is dependent on what product/implementation is actually chosen.
