Hi all,

how and where can I find info about a phone call "arrived" from the pstn to Ccm ?

In the previous days our ISP asked to us if we have seen "arrive" a determined phone call on our toip-network based on CCM 5.1.3a directly by their Border Element.

Thanks in advance

Now, have an outside call come in. You should sit hit the Cisco gateway. Once it hits the gateway, MGCP (if it is controlled by MGCP) will be sent or request direction for CUCM. From CUCM you can run different traces, etc

if you enable the traces in CUCM you will also see the setup message being received along with the information of which GW the call came from, this is useful if you have several GWs handling the calls
