Does anyone know how to delete the log files that keep stacking up in the common partition? Thanks.

In Alert Central of RTMT, you can set the properties of the LogPartitionLowWaterMarkExceeded alert to notify you when the threshold is exceeded so that you may have time to clean things up. The default threshold is 90%. You may set it lower if need be. The Log Partition Monitoring service monitors the Common partition disk space and initiates an the alert when this low water mark is crossed.
To manually clean things up, you could use the RTMT Trace and Log Collection tool to download and delete files proactively. If you select the 'Collect Files' option, you will have the choice of deleting collected log files from the server.
