Hi

I am currently CCNP/DP certfied and completed the QoS & BGP/MPLS exams.

I assumed i would have now become a CCIP, as i had done the BSCI exam as part of the CCNP track in 2004, but the the BSCI still shows outstanding when i check on cisco certs.

Can anyone advise why this is not the case?

Will i have to sit a more recent version of the BSCI exam?

Thanks

Hi

I think that as you took the BSCI back in 2004 that it was probably a much earlier version of the exam. I don't know this for a fact, but I believe that as the current requirment for the CCIP is the 642.901 exam, that your older version may not be valid. I have looked at my profile in the cert tracker and because I did my BSCI prior to 02/01/2005 it does not count towards my CCIP should I wish to persue it.
