Hello,
When sending VoIP calls, how do you add "+" sign to the called number?
For example,
A number comes into the gateway as 011521234567
How do you modify the number so you can send it out as 52+1234567 ?

+ in the middle of a number doesn't make sense.
If you want to add in front of the number, you can use voice translation-profile and rule to do that.
