ACS 1113 console ThinkVantage Secure Data Disposal

I plug into a RMA ACS 1113 SE and get the following;

ThinkVantage Secure Data Disposal Utility 3.

Date and Time of execution... 04/09/08 03:03:49:10

Command executed.....a:\scrub\scrub3.exe /d=ALL /l=2

Return Code.....0

I assume the RMA was 'cleaned' but never got the Cisco Secure software loaded, and I should get another RMA?

You need to reboot using the recovery CD for ACS SE.

Do all RMAs units sent from depots require you to run the Recovery CD (which everyone tends to lose)?

Yes, that is correct. You need to reimage. If you dont have that then pls open a tac case.
