Conference Call with Outside Callers

I understand that depending on the bridge I can have 128 users in a single conference. Does this apply only to internal users? I have a client considering a UC520 16 User that is looking to conference up to 20 outside callers. Can the UC520 manage that? If so, what would be the best way to set that up? Thanks.

The maximum number of conferences depends upon the available DSP resources. 8 and 16 users models have PVDM2-32. 32 and 48 user models have PVDM2-64.

For the 16-user configuration to utilize the additional 8 phone licenses, the 8-port Cisco Catalyst Express 520 must be connected to the Cisco Unified Communications 500 Series.
