Doubts on mixing CCVP old and new track exams.

Answered Question

Hello, I would like to confirm if it's acceptable to Cisco to mix and match old with new exams on CCVP track. I have passed CVOICE5 last year (642-432) and QoS (642-642) and I am about to do GW/GK (642-653) exam this week. I looking forwarding to do CIPT 4.1 and TUC later this year.

One of the Cisco learning partners told me I need to finish old track until mid year, otherwise those older exams I passed won't be valid for CCVP.

Is this correct? I believe candidates are able to mix exam, since older ones are replaced by new one, like ITT for TUC.

Thanks a lot.

I have this problem too.

You should be fine here :) This is now shown more clearly in this link where the word "or" is used;

Hope this helps!

Thank you very much Rob! I'm going to upgrade to 6.x in a few months while expanding IPT offices.

I'll get the new books later this year.

Best regards.
