We are having some issues with a meetingplace express system where we get busy signals. In looking at the system, there are plenty of available ports, and the calls get busy signals internally so the we know that it is not a pri issue. I noticed that we are getting some errors in the logs.. anyone know what these mean? We have an H.323 integration with call manager 6.1(2) (same issue with 6.1(1a) previously too.

This error message is due to partinfo call made through nmpagent. The error code means that the participant was not in the conference. Audio and Video calls are not impacted by this. It might be called in a outdial scenario. This does not cause call failures. The "Call Failed" message happens to be what nmpagent logs when the API call filed for participant info.

Thanks for the reply.. I ended up figuring out the issue.. the locations were setup wrong and we were getting out of bandwidth busy signals..
