i have successfully installed the cisco vpn version 4.9.01 (0100) for the mac os x 10.502 operating system. However, the software did not include the Group Name or the Group Password. I believe these are provided by Cisco. Can you tell me what they should be? The company is FedEx.

Keith,
They are not provided by anyone, but the network admin - you must manually configure those in the Client. I would ask the FedEx network administrator to supply the information for you - or better still have them send you the .pcf file.
HTH.

I have the .pcf file onm my desktop. I have been told that I need to open the vpn client and import the file. I click on import, and it asks for the import path, which I give) , and it also asks for the import password. No one at FedEx tech support seems to know the Import password. Any Ideas?

Try to manually copy it to
Drive Letter/Program Files/Cisco Systems/Vpn Client/Profiles
