ICM Gateway Host Create a lot of sessions to CRM database

Hi,

ICM Gateway Host make the session to CRM database and not killing/close inactive sessions

Can you please help on this issue.

Hi Muzzamel,

GH is covered by Dev Support Services, it is an AS delivery and not a standard Cisco delivery.

Please investigate on that end.
