IPCC Report error

when I tried to generate some IPCC reports I got this error messege "There are no items available, because you are not authorized to view this data or the items have not been configured in the ICM and/or IPCC database.Contact your administrator to confirm your authorization and the ICM and/or IPCC configuration."

It sounds like you might be using a user that only has Supervisor rights, or a user that has not been added to the WebView group in AD.

What version of UICM/UCCE?

no. acutaly I am using the administrator user for the system when I got this error, I am using version 7.1

Just restart the IIS services where webview is installed .I hope this will reslove the problem .

there might be you are using an account which has Limited access to view reports. make sure from your administrator that your login has rights to view the repoerts
