we are planning to upgrade our Cisco Security Manager version 3.1.1 (including RME 4.0.6) to version 3.2. We already have downloaded fcs-csm-320-w2k-k9.exe and fcs-mcp-v32-w2k-k9.exe. As far as I understand the installation guide I have to install CiscoWorks Common Services 3.1 first and later on I need to upgrade my RME to 4.1. Where can I get that files ? I did not find anything so far. Thank you very much for your help.
I do not think these files are downloadable. At least from the LMS side, we now ship CS 3.1 and RME 4.1 on DVD. You might want to talk to your sales team, or ask this question on one of the security forums.
