Hello,
One of my customer just called me and told that his services has pratically all gone down. Cf below :
CSAdmin stopped
CSAuth stopped
CSDbSync stopped
CSLog stopping
CSMon starting
CSRadius starting
CSTacacs stopped
CSAgent stopped
When he tries to start them up he got the following error message :
srvparacssec> start CSAdmin
API called before initialised at V:\ismg_israel_acs\Acs\EndPoint\Core\endpoint.cpp:394
Starting service: CSAdmin..
CSAdmin is starting
CSAdmin is not running
The same ta create the logs :
srvparacssec> support
API called before initialised at V:\ismg_israel_acs\Acs\EndPoint\Core\endpoint.cpp:394
SchemeLayer: SL:Connect failed
Can not initialize SchemeLayer
I searched hard about this error but didn't find anything.

Most likely a hardware issue. Please reimage and see if that fix it else get it RMA'd.

Hello all,
I just would let the you know how I solved the isssue. I came to the customer site site on thursday and I re-imaged the 1113. It was succcessfull !
Don't hesitate to try it before RMA and thanks a lot for your help.
