The value is associated to the load-interval from the monitored interface.

The maximum value allowed is 600 seconds.

Default setting:

Rack1R1#sh ip nbar protocol-discovery | i Bit Rate

5min Bit Rate (bps) 5min Bit Rate (bps)

5min Max Bit Rate (bps) 5min Max Bit Rate (bps)

Change the load-interval to 30 seconds.

Rack1R1#conf t

Enter configuration commands, one per line. End with CNTL/Z.

Rack1R1(config)#int f0/0

Rack1R1(config-if)#load-inter 30

Rack1R1(config-if)#do sh ip nbar protocol-discovery | i Bit Rate

30sec Bit Rate (bps) 30sec Bit Rate (bps)

30sec Max Bit Rate (bps) 30sec Max Bit Rate (bps)

See the available values:

Rack1R1(config-if)#load-inter ?

<30-600> Load interval delay in seconds

If you want to have statistical information, I recommend configuring NetFlow.
