dial rules in Unified CallConnector

I have CallConnector Server for Windows setup, and I defined dialing rules. It's increated with CME 4.2.

I set my CallConnector Client to login to the CallConnector Server, but it doesn't seem to pay any attention to the server side dialing rules. It's looking only at the dialing rules defined in windows. I had to re-create all my dialing rules in windows for outbound calls to route properly from CallConnector Client to the CME and match dial-plan's.

This isn't normal behavior is it? I assumed the server side rules would take effect.

I have this problem too.
