Try the following:

router#conf t

router(config)#telephony-service

router(config-telephony)#create cnf-files

Hope this helps.

Brandon

thanks Brandon

but it still not works...

now in the statut message of the phone it say:"Error Updating Locale"

any ideas?

Try the following to see if the debug will tell you what the problem is.

router#term mon

router#debug ephone register
