What is the largest DSP Farm we can build on a single device?

This actually depends on the hardware platform that you're using.

Each router has different PVDMx capabilities and the number of capabilites depends on the type of hardware in the router platform you choose.

As far as DSP is concerned, it's very confusing and yes it is right to say what you r planning and what kind of complexity u r bringing in at CODEC level.

I am still testing it out in LAB and trying to conclude soon.

PVDM2-64's are available at motherboard level on ISR then u have NM-HDV2 too consisting of DSP's. How they co-relate, I am not clear with the number provided on CISCO websites..
