Need Voice Talent recommendation

We need a professional voice talent to re-record all our current and future Call center recordings, any recommendation?

You can use CAD to do this recording as long as you do not record more than 32 simultaneous calls; in addition CAD recordings are retained for a period of 7 days and are deleted. There is no archiving functionality.

im in the same exact situation right now. our current prompts uses our operator and the reaction is not that great if you know what i mean.

ive googled a few sites and there seems to have a lot of professional services available but i have not tried any of them.

we are in the caribbean so we are looking for more of a "local" talent instead of hearing UK or Amercian so mine is a little tougher.

Some of my customers have used Muzak. Believe it or not, they do that as well. You can request whatever type of voice you like and they will find someone to do it.

The can record the prompts from anywhere and they will post them on a webpage where you can access them at any time.
