I have a couple of routers that are logging to a syslog server. However, I've set the logging to debug, and I'm not seeing anything in the log files.
I do see log file entries for acl's that I've enabled log-input.
Any hints? I'm baffled.

try using CLI:(looging a source-interface) I.E.
logging source-interface loopback 0
and your are configuring the logging server:
logging xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx

Here's the logging config:
ExtRtr1#sh run | i logging
logging buffered 16384 notifications
no logging console
logging enable
logging size 500
logging trap debugging
logging source-interface Loopback0
logging a.b.c.d
