Guys, i wonder if anybody can help. I'm having a problem with the BRI ports on two gateways. one is showing BRI0:0 multiple frame established BRI0:1 tei assigned. 0: up up 0:1 up down. only thing i'm unsure about is encapsulation type is voice.

2nd gateway shows both channels as up up but both only at TEI assigned and debug q921 shows no output at all. again encap is voice and i'm unsure if it should be hdlc, ppp etc.

2800 routers. 12.4 wic 1bri.

anything you can suggest i check/change or does it point to service providor fault???
